Ugh - I feel how I look

I am pretty tired today and was not feeling it on getting dressed, but I tried not to totally phone it in. But I need a haircut and a good night's sleep and a few square meals. You can just tell that I'm not at my best, no matter what I'm wearing.

    I think this outfit could use some layered silver (maybe even black beaded too) necklaces and it would be a hit.
